I knew Shaun through Ealing Squash club. He was always on the ball with witty comments delivered in a deadpan style, often followed by a wry grin! Shaun invited me and I subsequently played golf several times with some friends at his adopted club Wexham Park. On the occasions when his ball did stray from the fairway Shaun without hesitation would continue to play on and return a score however many shots it took!
